Singapore men are scared of losing
their hair. Many say their hair gives them self-confidence, and they
would be upset if their hair started to thin.
Singapore women also say they prefer men with a full head of hair,
especially if the men are young. Older men, they say, should shave
their heads completely, instead of opting for a comb-over if their
hairlines recede.
According to a survey by Merck on male pattern hair loss,
Singaporean men were the most sensitive to hair loss amongst Asia
Pacific countries, with seven in ten Singaporean men thinking that
thin hair would make them unattractive to the opposite sex.
