What is difference
between Emjoi Optima and Emjoi Gently Gold Caress?
A:
Both Emjoi Optima and Emjoi Gently Gold Caress are advanced epilators that
remove hair from the root via Emjoi's unique patented hair removal technology.
The Gently Gold Caress( AP9-GA) has only one
roller with a total of 36 tweezer discs and are gold plated. It's a corded and
comes with a unit, an adaptor, a carrying bag, a loofa sponge, and a cleaning
brush.
The Optima( AP-99) has two rollers with 18 tweezer discs on each roller. The
tweezer discs are stainless steel which are just as efficient as the gold
plated. The Optima is also a corded and comes in a deluxe carrying case, an
interchangeable shaver head attachment for sensitive areas, a loofa sponge, a
cleaning brush and an epilator head. Truly a more
deluxe top of the line unit.
The Optima is the deluxe of hair removers and the
Gently Gold Caress still the best in the industry has a bit less features but
just as effective.
How many tweezers do the
Optima have?
A: It has 36 tweezers that are mounted on two heads that move in opposite
directions, which removes hair quickly and comfortably.
Can I use it on my face?
A: No. The Optima is only intended for body hair. You can use it on your legs,
arms, bikini line and underarms.
Does it use batteries?
A : No. It is an electrically operated hair remover. It needs to be plugged into
an electrical outlet in order to operate.
Is it waterproof?
A : No. Since it is electrically operated it should not be used near water.
Why is there a shaving
attachment?
A : A shaving attachment is included to give you the option to shave or epilate.
The shaver attachment has a foil head and built in long hair trimmer.
