Q. What Causes Hair Loss?
 A. More than 95% of the cases of hair loss in men and women is due to a condition known as Androgenic Alopecia or Male Pattern Baldness. This condition is caused by a by-product of Testosterone known as dihydrotestosterone (DHT) which is produced in high quantities by the enzyme 5-alpha-reductase in the scalp. Binding of DHT to the genetically predisposed hair follicle results in gradual suppression and miniaturization of the hair and eventual shrinkage and atrophy of the hair follicle.

Q. What is Revivogen™ and how does it work?
A. Revivogen™ is a topical formula made of natural active ingredients that have been scientifically proven to be the most potent anti-DHT compounds known today. Revivogen™ Scalp Therapy works by decreasing the levels of DHT in the scalp. This allows the hair follicles to rejuvenate and produce thicker and stronger hair, creating a fuller and healthier head of hair.

Q. Does Revivogen™ have any side effects?
A. When used as directed, the answer is No. Revivogen's active ingredients are made of all natural compounds and have a long history of use both orally and topically. The only side effect noted with the use of this product has been transient mild scalp irritation in less than 2% of users.

Q. What kind of results should I expect?
A. Within four to five weeks after using Revivogen™ you would notice a significant decrease in hair loss and appreciate a difference in how your hair looks and feels. Within three to four months of use, your revitalized hair will make your scalp look fuller and denser. With continued use, your hair quality will continue to improve and stay healthy.

Q. Does Revivogen™ work for women?
A. Yes and we have many satisfied women customers. In most cases, the cause of hair loss in women is surprisingly the same as in men. Fortunately for women, estrogen helps to protect the hair follicle from the destructive effects of DHT. However, many women develop thinning hair and hair loss due to fluctuation of estrogen levels and/or over production of DHT. Revivogen™ Formula can help protect the hair follicle from DHT resulting in a thicker, fuller and healthier hair.

Q. How is Revivogen™ used?
A. Revivogen™ is a topical formula and must be applied at least once a day to the affected area of the scalp and the surrounding areas. You must avoid washing your hair for at least three hours so the active ingredients can effectively get absorbed into your scalp. Revivogen™ can be applied at any time during the day but most people prefer to use it at night before going to bed.

Q. Can I use other hair care products or color my hair while using Revivogen™?
A. You can use any other hair care products you wish while using Revivogen™. This includes coloring your hair, using styling gels, or wearing a hat. If you like to use additional topical treatments such as Rogaine (Minoxidil) at the same time you must apply them at least three hours apart to prevent any interference with absorption of Revivogen's active ingredients.

Q. Do I need to use Revivogen™ forever, like with Rogaine® and Propecia®?
A. Once you have reached the desired results, you will need to continue to use Revivogen™ to maintain the revitalized hairs. This is because your body is continuously producing DHT. However, unlike many other products, you can decrease the frequency of application of Revivogen™ over time. Once you have achieved maximum desired results, you can start tapering off daily use and ultimately, you will be able to reduce your use to three to five times a week. This usually occurs after twelve to sixteen months of use.

Q. I am using Rogaine® and/or Propecia® and don't want to stop using them. Can I use Revivogen™ at the same time?
A. Yes. Revivogen™ is made of all natural ingredients that have no side effects and do not cross react with other medications including Rogaine® or Propecia®. You can safely use Revivogen™ with other medications if you prefer to do so.

Q. I recently had hair transplants. Can I use Revivogen™?
A. Yes. Although the transplanted hair is theoretically resistant to the destructive effects of DHT, the hair follicles surrounding the transplanted area may still be genetically susceptible to DHT. If these hair follicles are not protected they will eventually be lost, resulting in additional transplants.

Q. Can Revivogen™ rejuvenate the atrophied hair follicles?
A. No. Unfortunately after the hair follicle has atrophied, it is permanently lost. However, if Revivogen™ is used at any point during the hair miniaturization process, the hair follicle can be protected from DHT assault.

Q. Do I need to use a special shampoo while using Revivogen™?

It supplements the effects of Revivogen Scalp Therapy by removing Sebum and DHT from the scalp and creating a healthy environment for healthy hair growth.
